Delivery charges
Free shipping on orders over 85€ in ITALY. A 10€ fee is requested for orders less than 85€ (VAT Excluded)
Free shipping on orders over 250€ in EUROPE. A 15€ fee is requested for orders less than 250€* (VAT Excluded)
(Excluding islands, archipelagos and any territory outside Europe. Even if they are part of European countries and the European Community).
For NON-UE European Countries: local/import taxation and duties (i.e. Customs duties, import charges, VAT, etc.) to be paid by the client.
Any surcharges for shipping costs to islands, archipelagos and any territory outside the European mainland may be required to supplement even confirmed orders with charges. Vanity Pet reserves the right to amend the estimated shipping costs with the customer even after the order is confirmed.
Vanity Pet reserves the right to cancel the order at any time with a refund of the value of goods purchased on the order only.
Shipping time
The delivery of products purchased on vanitypet.com and vanitypet.it in Italy takes place on average within 2 working days after the order. For orders from abroad (Europe and outside Europe) the delivery takes place on average within a maximum of 5 working days after the order. Shipping times may be delayed during holiday periods; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and weekends.
Standard order fulfillment times are 48/72 hours but may change during busy periods. At least 7 business days are required for the production of customized or bespoke products.. For orders placed by credit card, it is necessary to add one business day to the normal shipping time because of ordinary management office control.
Deliveries by courier are made during WORKING HOURS so it is preferable to enter an address at which someone is always available for pickup, otherwise the package will be sent to a stock center with consequent delay in the delivery and potential additional charge for storage fees.
Upon delivery of the Products, the Customer must check:
- that the packaging is intact and not altered (including closing tapes). If the customer does not take delivery of the goods held by the courier within 5 (five) working days, Vanity Pet will cancel the order due to the inability to deliver the Goods to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, charging the Customer for the costs of custody / storage of the Products.
All indicated times are to be considered from the receipt of proof of payment: not valid for orders placed by bank transfer and in case of administrative checks.
Terms of delivery
When in stock, all products will be shipped the business day following the order. At the time of collection by the courier, the tracking code will be provided to the Customer for tracking the order. No responsibility can be ascribed to Vanity Pet for longer deliveries than the above-mentioned time frame and / or for any poor service due to causes of force majeure such as fires, earthquakes, strikes and/or lockouts, floods and other similar events that may prevent, in whole or in part, to execute the contract on time.
Accidental losses or damages during shipment/transportation
The Customer is advised to examine the product upon delivery in order to verify its identity and condition. If the product is damaged/defected at the time of delivery, the Customer is invited not to accept the receipt of the goods: the Customer must return the goods to the carrier at the time of delivery and notify the carrier of the presence of defects/damages.
The Customer must also inform Vanity Pet about the presence of damages/defects and/or loss that may be incurred by the products, adding the photo-reproductions attesting the presence of any defects/damages.
Vanity Pet is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of products delivered to the carrier for transportation pursuant to and in accordance with Article 1693 of the Civil Code. Exclusively the carrier shall be answerable for damages and/or loss of the product occurring in the time frame between when products are delivered by the sender to the carrier until when they are delivered to the recipient.
Prices
All Prices are VAT inclusive. The Customer shall be responsible for the shipping costs, as indicated in the Purchase Order. The Price shown on the Website at the time the Order is placed shall apply to the Products, without any consideration of previous offers or Price changes occurred after..
Safe payments
All purchases are carried out in complete security by using the most technological advanced e-commerce systems and encryption systems (SSL) to protect your personal data and the information about your credit card from unauthorized access. This data is not sent to third parties.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your Order Number and a summary of the details of your purchase. Remember that you can check the status of your order at any time in the dedicated section in your profile.

Credit cards
The payment system currently accepts cards of the Mastercard, Visa, Maestro circuits and all other cards accepted by Stripe circuit. Pay Pal
