Customer service and order management

The Customer may purchase only items entered in the electronic catalog of the website www.vanitypet.com and vanitypet.it at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is hereby understood that any images accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its features, but it may differ for shades and color. Any information that may be provided during purchase are intended as merely illustrative and do not refer to the real features of the individual product, which can instead be requested by writing to  info@vanitypet.com.
Sale prices include VAT and any other taxes.

Reservation of products not available in stock

The agreed price for any order must be fully paid in advance and will be shipped as soon as the product is available, as indicated at the time of purchase.
The Customer understands that, by submitting the order to Vanity Pet, he/she unreservedly accepts all the provisions contained in the general terms and conditions of this contract, of which he/she has been informed by accessing the website and of which he/she is fully aware by having read and understood them.
The Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe relations with all provisions contained in these terms. In the case of non-acceptance of the order, Vanity Pet guarantees to notify the Customer by e-mail or telephone within 5 days upon receipt of the summary e-mail. Vanity Pet accepts orders for Products within the limits of existing quantities in stock. Therefore, the acceptance of the purchase proposal by the Customer is subject to the stock availability of the Products themselves. Vanity Pet undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseeable depletion of stocks due to excess of demand or other causes. Any right of the Customer to receive damages or compensation, and any contract or tort liability for damages, direct or indirect to persons and/or property derived from the rejection, even partial, of an order, is expressly excluded.
If, during the procedure of selecting Products on the website www.vanitypet.com, the Customer detects that the price of one or more of the Products that he/she intends to select for subsequent purchase is manifestly lower than the price normally applied, net of any discounts and/or promotions in force at that time, due to an obvious technical problem occurring on the website www.vanitypet.com, he/she is requested not to complete his/her purchase order and to report the aforementioned technical error to Vanity Pet's Customer Service by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address info@vanitypet.com. In cases where the Customer has completed his/her purchase order and a Product is included in the purchase order whose price is manifestly lower than the price normally applied, net of any discounts and/or promotions in effect at that time, due to an obvious technical problem occurring on the website www.vanitypet.com:
(a) if the Customer has not received the Product yet, Vanity Pet will
(i) cancel the order, the delivery of which will therefore not be carried out, sending a notice in this respect to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer when transmitting the order, and
(ii) refund all payments made by the Customer in respect of the canceled order, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the order, using the same means of payment used by Customer for their first transaction;
(b) if the Customer has received the Product, Vanity Pet will promptly inform the Customer by e-mail of the error that occurred in the process of completing their order, offering the Customer, alternatively, to
(i) transfer to Vanity Pet, within and no later than the next 5 (five) days, through one of the payment methods available on the website www.vanitypet.com, the amount corresponding to the difference between the correct price of the Product and the incorrect price resulting from the purchase order, or
(ii) cancel its order, following the instructions contained in the same notice and returning the Product to Vanity Pet, at the latter's expense, within and no later than the following 14 (fourteen) days, by sending it to Vanity Pet, free of damage, complete with all its elements and accessories (including the unaltered labels and tags attached to the product), accompanied by any attached notes, the original packaging, the warranty certificate and the return form, properly completed, which will be found attached to the email sent by Vanity Pet.
In the event that the Customer has chosen the option referred to in point (b) above (ii), Vanity Pet will refund to the Customer the amount paid for the canceled order, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the order, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction. Once the online purchase process is completed, by clicking on the "CONFIRM ORDER" button, the Customer will accept the terms and conditions of sale set forth in this contract, and authorize Vanity Pet to charge the total amount indicated, including the contribution for shipping costs.
The Customer shall print or save an electronic copy or otherwise retain these general conditions of sale, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05. A copy of these conditions will still be sent to the customer by e-mail together with the order confirmation receipt.
If you do not agree with the content of some or all of the referred provisions relating to the general terms and conditions of sale, we kindly ask not to submit your order and refrain from purchasing.
